Almost 500 answered our 2007 Advertiser Satisfaction Survey, which provided our best sampling in our years of surveying. In regards to the survey, we improved greatly from last year, with a better showing in every single area measured. But we still have plenty of room for improvement. We found out that you overwhelmingly believe our sales representatives are courteous and professional. Most of you also agree that we do a good job of creating and processing your ads. But we can improve on providing you more and better research for marketing and for growing your business. We also need to make it easier for you to access top management. And we really need to do a better job with our billing and credit information and service. Overall, we need to make you feel more assured that the money you spend with us is well worth it. We are working on all of these issues and more to make you feel like we’re the kind of business partner you would recommend to others. If you missed out on giving us feedback this year, not to worry.
